We 100% Guarantee that your LED Sign will arrive to you in excellent condition. We have less than a 1% breakage rate.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 1-800-229-5213 or through our customer contact form so we can promptly resolve it for you.
Product Return Policies
Cancellation
If you cancel your order before the item has shipped, we will reduce our 20% restocking fee to a 10% cancellation fee. This does not apply to custom, outdoor, or stock signs with modifications ( flashing, color changes). There are no refunds or exchanges on customized and outdoor signs.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds accepted, only exchanges.
If you need to exchange something, please send an email via the customer contact form or call us at 1-800-229-5213 within 1 business day of receiving your order for authorization for the exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges, and we will only accept authorized exchanges within 1 business day as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Beyond this period, all sales are final.
* Due to the nature of international shipping, Canadian returns are the full responsibility of the buyer. If your sign arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with UPS by calling 1-800-742-5877 or by their online request form. Once we receive confirmation from UPS about your specific claim, we can ship a replacement. If UPS denies your claim, we will be glad to repair your sign but you will be responsible for the shipping and any custom/import fees, to and from our facility.
* Custom Signs - There are absolutely no returns or exchanges for custom signs or custom products. Please make sure that you verify all information prior to ordering.
For your protection, please be sure to send back the item in the original shipping container and insure the product for the full value.
Warranty Policy
For Items Damaged by the Shipping Company: Upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact us within 1 business day of the arrival of your product. A damage call tag will be issued with UPS for the pick up and return of the product for repair or replacement. UPS will pick up (within 72 hours) the damaged product for inspection and return the item to our warehouse after this routine inspection. Please allow us 4-8 business days to return the repaired, or a replacement sign.
1-Year Warranty on Electrical Parts Only
Please keep all original packaging for the duration of the warranty period.
Under warranty terms, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping (to our warehouse) for testing.
All LED sign products carry a one (1) year limited warranty from date of purchase. Warranty covers only the electrical parts of the sign. Warranty does not cover customer negligence or physical damage. The warranty is based on the product being returned for evaluation in the original box. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty.
You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned.
Important Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our warehouse for warranty service. BrightLEDSigns.com will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement sign.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please allow 4-8 business days to ship the repaired, or a replacement product.
Cancellations
We work hard to make sure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we will try to credit your card the same business day, but ONLY if your order has not already been processed. Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been processed and/or shipped. Depending on your credit card's processes, it may take 5-7 business days before you see the credit on your statement.
