This Semi-Outdoor Red LED Sign can be programed by a computer or with the hand held remote control. A "Semi-Outdoor" LED sign is not designed to be used out in the rain. This sign is called a "Semi-Outdoor" sign because the LEDs are bright enough to be viewed in full daylight, but the sign is not designed to handle the moisture associated with being outdoors. If you display it in a protected area that has visibility to the outdoors (like in a window, facing outside) it will display your message bright enough to be read in full sunlight.
